Earth Friendly and Sustainable: Currently on solar power, catching as much water from the roof as possible and planning more, organic farming on the property, vegetarian, tree-huggers, earth meditations, hiking and enjoying views and wildlife.

Affordable: Love offering and work exchanges available for all that is here, hoping the shopping sites will take off to provide even more funding, shared bathroom/kitchen facilities to reduce construction cost.

Small and Duplicatable: A small size keeps a place personal in that there doesn't need to be too much structure or hierarchy. Also, since it is small, hopefully other sister-communities will pop up or be funded by this one, and we can share ideas and resources and become a community of communities.
